DELIVERY OF GOODS
After receiving the payment, we will deliver the order by courier to the address specified by you within 3-7 working days.
The goods are delivered on working days from 8:00 to 17:00.
Each time before arrival, the courier will inform you about the delivery of the goods to the telephone number specified by you. If the courier does not find your home at the agreed time, the goods will be returned to us. In this case, we will contact you for re-delivery or refund. In case of a refund, the transport fee will not be refunded. In case of re-delivery of goods, an additional delivery fee is paid. If the buyer does not respond to our notice of undelivered goods within 3 working days, the refund for the goods will be postponed until a separate agreement and the goods will be returned to our warehouse.
Upon receipt of the shipment from the courier service, inspect the package for damage. If so, tick at the time of acceptance or do not accept the shipment. If no data is recorded about the violations of the consignment, the consignment is considered delivered as fit and undamaged.
Delivery fee within the territory of the Republic of Lithuania - 2.90 €.
We deliver goods to the Curonian Spit for an additional fee of € 49.00.
The pulp is subject to exceptional transport conditions. For pulp orders over 5 kg, customers collect them themselves or apply an additional, pre-agreed transport fee.
We send goods abroad. Delivery fee is calculated according to the current rates of the courier service. For delivery of goods abroad, please contact tel. +370 602 84567 or e-mail email hello@naturalmarket.lt.
In the case of promotions where discounts apply to all goods, delivery of orders may be delayed.
Execution of orders placed on weekends or during public holidays begins on the first working day.
