Returns and refunds
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from receipt of the item to submit a return request.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in the original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, you can contact us at hello@naturalmarket.lt. Please note that returns must be sent to the following address: M. Mažvydas aleja, Klaipėda, Lithuania.
If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to ship the package. Items sent to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damage and problems
Please check when accepting your order and contact us immediately if the item is faulty, damaged or you have received the wrong item so that we can assess the problem and correct it.
Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable items (such as food, flowers or plants), non-standard items (such as special orders or personalized items) and personal care items (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. If you have any questions or concerns about your specific item, please get in touch.
Unfortunately, we cannot refund sold-out items or gift cards.
Exchange
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, purchase the new item separately.

If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and issue the refund.
